Overview

KeyBox is a web‑based SSH console that consolidates administrative access and public‑key management in a single, secure bastion host. By layering TLS/SSL over SSH and supporting two‑factor authentication via FreeOTP or Google Authenticator, it eliminates risky port‑forwarding while ensuring only authorized users can connect. Administrators can centrally distribute and rotate SSH keys, execute commands across multiple hosts, and audit sessions—all through an intuitive browser interface. The solution runs on any Java 8+ environment and can be deployed quickly with Jetty or built from source via Maven.
