Overview

Sikuli X 1.0 rc3 is a discontinued release of the visual‑automation framework that lets users script interactions with graphical user interfaces by matching screenshots of screen elements. Originally developed as a research project at MIT’s CSAIL under Tsung‑Hsiang Chang, Tom Yeh, and Professor Rob Miller, the tool is distributed under the permissive MIT License. Though this particular repo is no longer maintained, it still serves as a historical reference for the evolution of Sikuli, and users are encouraged to migrate to the actively supported SikuliX 2.x series on GitHub.
